The staff is so professional and made the experience so quick and easy! No shaming for things I didn't know just informative and honestly made me feel much more at ease along with my high anxiety dog. Izzy laid down at the check out and didn't want to leave.

Best vet experience I've had in years. The office is so clean and well kept. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor is wonderful. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic.

Dr Julie is Great for the most part. Getting to her is the problem. Missy and Lacy lack compassion and understanding. My pets are old in the end stages of life with serious health issues. Not everyone has a new puppy or kitten and butterflies and rainbows in life. Recently I was the victim of identity theft and was trying to secure the financial security for my next appointment, Missy wouldn't even give me an estimate! I drive 47 miles for what was supposed to be the small city vibe experience. If I wanted snotty receptionist I'd just stay in my own zip code. Lacy is so focused on her diet that is causing her moody behavior that she brings to work she is unable to be attentive to the humans that secure her salary. I am appalled by this behavior. Having been dealing with the mental health field for the last 15 years I must say that it's toxic and unacceptable. Do better by the humans that pay your salary ladies. I have left several messages for Dr Julie with Missy with no return phone calls. So either Missy didn't tell her, or she's maybe not as great as I thought either?
