Staff was warming and inviting made me feel welcomed. The Dr. Made me comfortable and explained the whole procedure he was doing on me that day. After experience was great. Will be going back for more dental work.

Have been waiting a MONTH to get a tooth pulled! Today was they day and then told I didn't have an appointment! The Dr always sounded nice but his receptionist I'm thinking is the problem with this place!

I am going to start by saying I am Dr. Pinkertons Dental Assistant and as his assistant I can say Hands down one of the best dentist that we have in beatrice. I have been to a few in beatrice and after one dentist in his office refused to assist me when I had a dry socket, then gave me a med I was allergic to then when I told him I was allergic he called walmart to see what medicine I was taking mind u he didnt ask my DOB or anything he just assumed he knew who I was. Well little did he know there are 2 of us with the same First and Last Name to make a long story short he basically told me I was a opioid abuser when I hadnt taken any for years. The other office just didnt care gave me one option and that was to remove a tooth. A dental office is where patients are to be cared for not a production goal. Dr. Bill by far is one of the best. Going into the office you will know whats going to happen, when it will happen, how long it will take. There are no surprises there. He makes sure his patients are 100% comfortable at all times. He takes pride is his work and in his career and hands down will make sure his dentistry is done right and if you need to have something fixed it will be under warranty most of the time considering the situation. Sooo hands down he is the best.
