When I was pregnant with my son, Dr Harney was super helpful, she guided me and gave tips for a healthy pregnancy. Now my son is 4 months and 2 weeks old! My stay for labor and c section recovery was decent. MOST nurses helped...some seemed to not care.

Im not sure if the receptionist are over worked or poor work ethics. Very slow service on their end. I waited on hold for 17 minutes. The only answer I get is I know your on hold, we are busy no apology. If you know your going to be busy, a business should have associates that are quick and ready to response during busy times. Anyone can learn to be a receptionist so wouldnt be hard to find good help. As far as the nurse and doctors OUTSTANDING. Gave me the attention needed. Im pleased on their behalf.

I actually love my doctor, when I see him. I only see him every 3 months though. So the rest of the months my pharmacy sends over my prescription requests, and waits for him to send them back. And waits, and waits. This happens roughly every other month. When I asked him about it when I saw him, he basically told me he didn't feel like getting to prescription requests at the end of the day. That's nice, except my pharmacy sends them days in advance multiple times throughout the week. Then, they will have me call and ask the office about it, and I will only get to leave a message for his nurse, who MIGHT call me back. Today, she calls me back and tells me my refill isn't due for 4 more days, while I'm looking right at my bottle, that has a note on it saying when it's due. When I told her this, she apparently found the new date, but had already sent him the note. No clue if she corrected it with him or not. Since this has happened more than once, I feel like it's time to find a new doctor.

I called and asked for an appointment with Kathy Davis because I had been experiencing back and muscle pains to the point I wasn't sleeping, a fever of 102, vomiting, and a few other minor symptoms. After over 2 hours and 4 phone calls trying to schedule this appointment they set me up for a virtual appointment. I explained to Kathy all my symptoms and it was obvious she wasn't really listening to me. She had decided what she was going to diagnose me with from the beginning and it didn't matter that I told her how much pain I was in or how little sleep I was getting. She diagnosed me with ALLERGIES and recommended I buy some allegra to make me feel better....you know for my sever back pain, vomiting, and fever. Then she told me the only thing throwing her off from her diagnosis was my fever so she insisted I go in for a covid test. They told us to be there at 3, we were there at 3, they then helped every other car that pulled up after us and made us wait till 3:30...while I had a fever of 101. Flash forward to 2 days later and I get woken up at 9am to THREE missed calls from the clinic and no voicemails. I said I better have covid then if they think it's ok to call me that much knowing I haven't been getting any sleep due to me being sick. I called back and what do you know the test was negative. I just want Kathy to know that I cried after our stupid virtual appointment because I felt ignored and all I wanted was some help. Do better Aurora because I know I'm not the first person this lack of care, listening, or understanding has affected and I'm sure I won't be the last.

If you dont have insurance youll just be told to wait and see if it gets better on its own. They will give you great attention when it comes to paying them back though. However if you have insurance they love to care for you, and will make your stay pleasant.
