I've had JCCS prepare my taxes for persional and business for years. I love how professional, knowledgeable, timely they have my paper work done. What won me over when JCCS checked the last 3 years of my taxes they found tons of money that was not accounted for my previous tax preparer missed. We filed for all the years and every year they dig to find me every possible deduction. I stand behind JCCS 100% so should you!

Jake Carter has always been helpful. The first time my wife and I saw Jake he was impressed by how we had things in order. We assumed you need to be a bit organized when having someone do your taxes. The previous year we had adopted our son and to our surprise received a federal tax credit (not that this is why you would adopt). Jake investigated the validity of this tax credit and not only found our last tax person had submitted it correctly but also found that we were eligible for a tax credit from the state of Montana as well. He has since done our taxes every year, although JCCS may cost more than H+R block or the like they are pure professionals and will go out of their way to help you.

I had JCCS help prepare my taxes last year. The service was very poor, but I decided to give them a second chance this year. Well, things got worse. This year they lost my tax documents and didn't inform me of any problems. When I finally contacted them to see what was going on, they made up a story that somebody had notified them that I was having somebody else do my taxes. Now, no longer do they provide awful service, but they are also inept and fabricate stories.
