Im a solo female traveler and while out camping I popped my total hip replacement out. Had no choice but to call for help. From the ambulance people to the hospital staff, they went above and beyond. I had to be transported to a different hospital and they found a way to get my vehicle there and even took care of my dog. I was so far from home and was so worried about my dog. I cant thank all these people enough. Still cant believe how well my dog and I were treated. I thank God for all of them, sure renewed my faith in humanity. Thank you all so much.

I'm conflicted here. Dr. Hoffman and the nursing staff are absolutely amazing however the receptionists and front office staff are so difficult to work with that I've unfortunately decided to find healthcare from another provider. Really disappointing.

My family member was in the rehab unit. The nurses were amazing until we met the DON. She argued with us about everything and anything about the family members care, couldnt tell the truth to save her. Because of her treatment and threats to kick our family member out before they were even ready to be discharged or had a SAFE place to go to we found a facility that could take the member and moved them out the day before she was threatening to discharge. This director made the stress level worse on the family than even necessary and was willing to send the family member home to an unsafe environment even after told repeatedly this cant happen. Refused to let the patient even transition to long term care. Said we could look for one but not there. Needless to say, find anywhere to put your loved ones and stay away from this facility as long as they put money over safety. Not even worth one star except the nurses working were amazing and caring. One big bad apple spoiled the whole cart. Maybe Billings clinic has made changes and found someone else to direct the nurses.
