    We really enjoyed staying at Elk Crest. Everything was super easy from start to finish. The unit had everything we needed, including WIFI which we did not expect given its remote location. Communication from the staff was excellent and willing to come drop items off if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Rented a home on Flathead Lake for a week for a group of retired friends and 1 granddaughter. The place was great with amazing views and a rare grassy terrace area by the water with a fire pit. I worked with Raina and from the moment I made the reservation I was comfortable everything was going to meet our expectations. Raina responded immediately to all my e-mail and text questions. Excellent experience!!

    Perfect location, right on Flathead Lake with its own dock. Lake views from 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Hosts were superb, attended to our every need. Lovely neighborhood. A great vacation, will definitely use Enjoy Montana again.

    Our Enjoy Montana vacation was in a log palace with elaborate kitchen, fireplaces, giant TV, pool table, boats, beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. Brian and Raina at Enjoy Montana were always available to serve us with ideas before we arrived and services throughout our wonderful stay. We will be back!

    Enjoy Montana had a house advertised on Airbnb for $600 a night. I booked the house and paid the deposit that was due. Later when I tried to search the house to share with a family member I found a duplicate posting for 1625 a night. I contacted them and in for them that I had already booked at the 600 price and paid for that and wanted to ensure that we had the place. They then cancel the reservation and said that they had an error on their part of their software. Considering the error was on their part and it was their software I feel that they shouldve honored that price or came to an agreement instead of just canceling the reservation. Completely unprofessional Update to the reply. Yes, you did offer half solved solutions, which were half thought ou without accepting responsibility out only after I made public complaints. My issues are directly as stated below none of which were offered a fair solution or even addressed in your blanket statement you posted in attempt to show potential customers you care about the services you are offering. A. You failed to take responsibility for the issue in the first place blaming it on a third-party listing site. You are a business owner if your business information is posted someplace it is your job to confirm that it is accurate. Additionally you accepted the request with the apparent inaccurate price which comes back to you not the third-party site. Again, as a business owner you should be reviewing these request as they come in to make sure you are correct. It shouldve never went past this point. You should have caught it whenever the request came in if it was the incorrect price. B. I brought this up many time in our conversations and was never given an answer. I am the one that luckily noticed the second reservation for triple the price. Had I not noticed that, what would have happened would we have shown up out there on the date of our reservation assuming that we had this house reserved for the price that was shown in our confirmation which was that $600 price and someone else had booked it at a higher price and we actually had no place to stay? What was your solution have been then? To offer us another property that we wouldve then had to triple what we budgeted for to stay at? That does not seem like a realistic solution to me that anyone on vacation could triple their budget at the last minute. You have failed to even acknowledge this question the entire time. C. After I stated that we had agreed upon the lower price and you accepted the request at that point before offering any resolution you completely canceled our reservation which means you didnt really care about offering a resolution you were just doing it in order to be able to reply to any complaints that you offered a resolution. If your true concern was resolving the problem you would have done so before just canceling the reservation without even notifying me. D. You are not an individual relying on this property getting rented out to make a mortgage. You are a company making a profit. If there is an issue that is on you sometimes you have to miss out on that profit as a business owner. Thats part of owning a business. If you are not willing to do so then you shouldnt own a business.
