Pizza Hut

Walked in to oder a to go. Was told 15 to 20 minutes. Show up 20 minutes later . To be told it was somehow overlooked . They are making it now . So 45 minutes later i get my pizza . With no explanation. Never again..

We felt very sorry for the waitress. They didn't even have salt, no sandwiches, no catchup, no salad dressing. Our orders came one at a time and we were all done eating when the last order came. In a small town that is not going to fly.

The pizza hut was clean and the order was served quickly. The food was good but when I asked for the packet of crushed red peppers I was told they no longer provide them and instead I need to purchase a whole shaker. That's a new one for me.

It's no longer a service company it's a tell them company. You wait to on yourself. Order at the counter and pop is out for you to get your own. But the place was clean and they were right there to take our order when we walked in...

Sat at the pickup window for 25 minutes. The male worker sat on the phone the entire time then sat on the counter on the phone.. female worker walked straight to the window and back into the back. then they both vanished. So, I went inside. Music is blaring.. worst customer service ever. Placed my order for the hut lane.. workers not even working.
