There’s a few things about this review that need clarified.1. We have been trying since the flood to renovate our rooms as getting those back to normal is our number one priority until all rooms are restored. I understand it stinks not being able to use our hot tub, but to give us a bad review? Wow!2. Your husband reached out to me about the hot water. I came to see what the issue was. As soon as I turned on your water, it became hot immediately. I also explained to you that no one had been in any of that wing of our building in a while and sometimes it can take a few minutes as the water has further to travel. To say it took an hour is a major exaggeration.3. The heater made crazy noises all night long. It is an older heater and I’m sorry if it bothered you. 4. I am the owner and you’re right, I am in and out a lot of the time in the evenings as I have 3 children and they have to be fed and ran around to extra curricular activities. I also informed you and your husband at the worst I am 10 minutes away and to let me know if you needed anything. Again, I felt a few things needed clarified. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay and it’s a shame that you didn’t let me know at any point while you were at the motel.
