She provided a quote within a couple of hours, was able to fit me in the next day, was extremely positive, a great communicator, and sent the report out in a timely manner. To top off an already great experience, she didn't need to spend quite as much time as planned so her final invoice was less than her initial quote. I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with a trustworthy professional; my best water testing experience in 25+ years.
