Montana Towing

Originally had my truck towed to the Kenworth there in Missoula and had no issues. I than had issues with the dealership and them trying to tell me the engine seized and needed a new engine, of which if the engine turns over, it's not seized. Since I had them tow it there originally, I figured I'd call them again to get it towed to my shop in Spokane. They were great and professional. Had some issues with getting it out of the shop and the lady that I had been dealing with in the office was super kind. She had her guy go over to their other shop and was willing to pick up the truck later on after the issue with the shop was taken care of. When I finally was able to get the shop to release my truck, they were on the spot to pick it up. The lady was even kind enough to give me a call to inform me that they were able to pick it up with no issues this time. She was kind enough to not even charge me extra for the 2nd time trying to pick it up, even though she would of had all rights to do so. This is the most hands down most professional people to work with. Wish they had an area in the Spokane area because I know a few other owner operators that would enjoy working with them. It's not always the best time being broken down, but they make sure to take care of you and are fairly priced. Keep up the awesome work.
