I went here primarily to swap my summer with my winter tires prior to a trip to Canada. The tire swap went fine, but since I was about due for an oil change I decided to have them do that as well. Short story, I recommend you not use them for an oil change. The morning after the service there was a large oil puddle under my car in the garage and a trail of oil in the driveway and road outside the house. My car has never had an oil leak. I had to drive it back to the shop. The guy behind the counter (Ron?) had no personality. He didnt apologize or say anything, just handed the keys to another guy to fix it. Turns out they had not tightened the oil filter and Id lost more than a quart of oil overnight. Its a good thing we had not left for our road trip as we could have burned out the engine! The manager, was nice. He apologized and took care of the bill, but I will definitely not take my car back there.

Justin and Ron at this location were really nice and helpful I called about my wifes tire that had a nail leak in it a couple hours before they closed. Ron told me they could get me in before they closed. Justin helped me when I got there they had my wifes car back on the road within 30-45 minutes with no charge. This is our new location for now on.

I showed up to swap two front tires. They refused service in person, initially telling me their machines couldn't handle my rim size. Its a 245/19. This was an obvious lie. I call later to get an answer as to why I was denied service and get a different story. "I didnt want to scratch your rim I have new guys working here." Yet a week before these same 'new guys' did my friends BMW 20" rims with no issue. They also have no issue working on my bosses 23" rims but somehow mine were just too risky? Embarrassingly bad customer service when the store manager is outright lying to a potential customer's face.

This is the only place I could find off-road tires in-stock on a common size in the entirety of western Montana! Although a local competitor carries some in stock it was their house brand and I live out of state. An alignment issue chewed up my tires on a long road trip and we stuck without a new set. Thankfully these guys had what we needed in stock, got us in first thing in the morning and had us back on the road with fresh tires in an hour!

Called them to ask about getting an O2 sensor replaced. They said I needed to make an appointment, and it would take 60-90 minutes. I live out of town, so I made an appointment with them for a week later, a Friday at 11:30am. Since I live out of town, I scheduled some errands and another appointment around the trip. Took my car in at the designated time. I confirmed when I dropped it off that it would be 60-90 minutes, as I had other time restrictions. They said yes; thats how long it would be. So I walked elsewhere to get lunch and wait. Called 90 minutes later to check on it, and they hadnt even pulled my car in yet. Said they were just pulling it in then What?! All they had to say about it was sorry, were running behind this morning. In what world is it ok to be 90 minutes late? Why did I make an appointment? Why did they confirm the timeline when I dropped it off? Cant even call me after 30-60 minutes and let me know theyre running late? Will never go back. Turns out, after another hour of waiting (what??!!), they called to let me know that they finally got it in (so straight up lied when they said they were pulling it in just then when I called an hour earlier) and the problem wasnt even the O2 sensor. Its the catalytic converter. Not their fault on that one and I appreciate them letting me know, but it wouldve been nice if they wouldve had integrity around my time and my appointment. 2.5 hours for them to get it in and run the code and let me know it wasnt what I thought and they cant help.
