My granite is beautiful, but the installation job was not completed. The abutment was never sealed, so I have sharp edges with a space for crumbs to gather on my counter top. It's impossible to get a call back when I leave a message. When I finally get someone on the phone, they say I'm on the schedule for next week, several times, and never to be heard from again. Apparently, since I paid already, they don't want to come back because they won't make any money from coming out to finish the job. I'm very disappointed in them, and I'm going to have to look up how to finish their work and do it myself. It has been over a year!

Beware! She cancelled my order 5 days prior to installation without any conversation with me, for no good reason! After 3 months of work on this. I spent way too much time emailing because she wouldn't respond or the communication wasn't complete. Only the first phone call to get me to her shop was allowed (1 star). I had to email her twice just for a bid. I had to wait until 2:30 for 10:30 appointment with the fabricator. Mondays were too busy for her to respond. I had to threaten a complaint to BBB in order to get a response to her last email dumping me. Rather that taking responsibility for her actions she misused her power telling me "until I received your email yesterday, I was leaning towards trying to proceed with your project so you got what you wanted and had a kitchen, however your email yesterday states you still want the quartzite but you proceed to threaten us with complaining to the Better Business Bureau and a bad google review." She knew I was in a serious situation where I had to get out of a current living space and move into another and this stone was the only thing left to do. She withheld it from us even though we did everything she asked...unethical!! She also did this right before Christmas. We also heard from the fabricator that we were getting remnants even though she charged us slab pricing. All the emails alone over three months cost me so much money in wasted time. Polson Stone is GREAT! They responded to my phone calls, gave me an estimate right away and got my job done in two weeks. Polson Stone has a great facility/machinery/plenty of great help, they did a great installation....all hassle free without tons of email communication since they respect their customers time and needs.

I ordered quartz counter tops for my kitchen remodel approximately 3 years ago. There were hiccups with the initial measuring (had to be done twice), but I appreciated them taking the extra time to get it right. There were a lot of miscommunications regarding price (we settled on the different even after I had a bid). The product was beautiful and install went well. My biggest complaint is my counter top cracked. I called the owner as it had been about 11/2 year since it was installed. She initially was very helpful and was going to contact the fabricator to see if warranty would cover the replacement/fix. After three months of waiting to hear what the plan was covid hit and the world paused. I completely understand the stop of communication. Now a year later I can not even get a call back.. I have left several messages and emails to avail. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I dont even care about warranty at this point, I would just like my counter top fixed! The initial product was beautiful, but the miscommunication was definitely the most stressful part of the whole remodel. Now I will tell every one I know not to use this company. How hard is it to acknowledge someone, even if you cannot fix something?! A simple phone call or email goes along way.

After hiring 30+/- sub contractors on our custom home, this is the only negative review. Pros: 1. The granite slab we chose was beautiful and we felt in love with. 2. The men on the crew were pleasant and tried their best. Cons: After the 50% deposit, communication with the lady owner became weird. Many details of the order were repeatedly forgotten. She has a bag full of excuses for anything shes responsible for, such as: 1. Scheduling: the installation date was missed and we had to call at 2pm the same day to find out she wasnt coming. Her excuse was she forgot that two days before was Labor Day, yet this was Wednesday not Tuesday. We had to pay the plumber an additional trip charge because counter tops were not ready. 2. Workmanship: some chips in the countertop were not sealed. We had to drive to her office to pick up epoxy and do it ourselves. Backsplash was mis measured and cut short. Owner said she would replace it but was too busy at the time getting other people into their homes. Its been over 4 months and we havent heard from her. 3. Billing: she tried to charge more than contact price in the final invoice. We purchased excellent cabinetry from Direct Source who also has a granite countertop division. We wish we wouldve gone with them!
