The UPS Store

This store has horrendous customer service and/or just super lazy employees that will close 30 seconds before the store is actually supposed to close and then ignore you when you just need to drop a package off that is already set to go....they also don't have a drop box outside just in case you don't get there 30 seconds before the store was supposed to close.

***EDITED*** be very careful! The customer service reps are helpful, but they arent there to get you the best deal. Gave my husband a package to drop off today 4lb box to be shipped cheapest way possible. He came home with a $44 receipt! Shouldve done it myself. Ripped off and pissed off. Thanks guys. Im glad your MO is to stuff your bosses pockets. Past review: Absolutely the best customer service Ive experienced! I wasnt expecting such a friendly, helpful encounter this morning when I arrived, boxless and labeless, with a pair of boots to ship. The gentleman at the counter measured my boots, found me the right size box (and even trimmed it down so the boots fit perfectly!), taped it up, and helped me print my label. Im so used to the rushed and stressful feeling of USPS long lines with eye rolls and attitudes if I forget my tape and/or marker. Thanks UPS for starting my day off seamlessly.. and with a smile!

All three of the associates were very friendly and Alex helped me get my packages ready to ship. I had my items in an Orphan Girl liquor box, which I didnt know you couldnt ship items in and was 100% on me, but Alex took the time with white striping the box so it would be approved to ship. Thank again Alex!!

The girls here are amazing. Brought my stuff in and they packaged it right away! I even had forgotten to take a part out of my package and had to come back. They opened it right up and I was on my way. Quick and simple.

Im shocked that this location doesnt have a 5 star average on Google. I have been in there countless times and have always had a good experience. I actually meant to write this review back in April after I came to send a package and was helped by Carissa and Brittany. Both were super friendly and professional! Im always in and out rather quickly even when there is a line! Thanks for the awesome service!
