I first met Lance through a listing he had in March 2021. We did not purchase that property, but we met Lance who has gone above and beyond all our expectations. We finally did buy property using Lance and he is so much more than a realtor. The prior post to this is so spot-on about Lance.
Weve bought and sold properties in multiple states and plan to retire in MT. Lance is the absolute most thorough realtor weve worked with. Working with Lance is such a positive experience that is highly valued from people that have experience in dealing properties. I have bought and sold real-estate all over the world and no broker has even come close to Lance Koch. He is professional, knowledgeable, and committed to meeting our goals. We met Lance years before he actually sold our properties. We had several partners so it was difficult to get them together to sell. Lance stayed in touch with us all along the way, offering to assist where needed. When finally we were ready to sell, Lance quickly put the plan into action for our 2 properties. He brought in resources where necessary i.e. painters and even helped get our water samples needed for sale. Lance was proactive all along the way bringing his experience in making sure we had everything in place ready for the sale. For example, he helped us with easement questions and even connected us to start the process for commercial zoning to help better market the properties. We sold both properties within 5 days of listings with multiple offers and over 25% higher than our price expectations.
