Room was not cleaned thoroughly: found garbage in different parts of the room throughout my stay. Window without screen, which proved problematic as crows tried to fly into the room (not to mention insects as well). . so no fresh air available. Mattresses were firm, but there were no box springs: mattresses are set up on cheap, flimsy tubular aluminum frames. And they charge $200/night? What the shock!? Wifi is absolute garbage. I needed wifi access for work, and could not complete my work. Their routers kept cycling the signal off (so no network access) and their download speeds (aka how quickly the network shares data and thus displays a webpage of a website) were so slow that even several minutes were insufficient to load a webpage (no exaggeration). I speed tested their networks (when the signal WAS present, which was a total crapshoot itself) and consistently below 500kbps (kilobytes per second). To give some context, the typical household today has a download speed of 40mbps (megabits per second). . .or roughly 80 times faster (and that's the 'basic' package, or lowest level available). It's clear they don't know how to setup or manage a wifi network and then make excuses and blame everything/one else rather than take responsibility for their lack of knowledge. At $200/night in the 21st century this is inexcusable. 'Moving a customer closer to the router' isn't going to change the fact that their routers are problematic AND their signal speeds are stuck in the 1990s. Absolute ripoff. Was an attempt at a refund or discount made by them, after _three_ times of going back to the owners to say 'this is a problem, and this is what the problem looks like'? Nope. Only the 'I can move you closer to the router' and blaming 'Montana has the worst internet' and 'CenturyLink is the problem.' They can't even acknowledge the root cause, even though they KNOW they have a problem. Bloody ignorant. Avoid this place.
