We had a wonderful experience working with Jan! We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge of the process and Jan helped us from start to finish. She was very responsive to emails and calls. Our homebuying process was lengthy (about 2 years) due to market conditions and then an extended close date, but Jan stayed in touch with us throughout the whole time and made sure we had all of the info that we needed. She often worked directly with our real estate agent to get things that she needed, which was so helpful to me. Jan was always pleasant and communicative and enjoyable to work with. We will be going to Jan with any of our mortgage needs.

Jan did an amazing job, she worked very hard to get us a great rate, home owners insurance, schedule First Time Homeowners class so we could get into our home. She went above and beyond what I thought a lender would do. I highly recommend her and Stockman Bank.
