I cannot adequately explain the quality service Erin provided in my house buying experience. She is a tireless and exceptional negotiator even with the toughest and least responsive parties. Erin was always available and knows her craft inside out and front to back. She is honest, compassionate, wicked smart, and very resilient. She fought for my best interest from start to finish and worked every possible angle to ensure I had a successful buying experience. Throughout the process, she was consistently the buffer and point of contact for all things outside of me signing paperwork and unlocking the front door. With properties being purchased before you even have time to see them, it makes it extremely difficult to travel out of state to find what you really want, especially when you've never been there before. In our search from California to Montana, we found several properties, on-line, that we wanted to look at but didn't have an agent to work with that we knew or trusted. Zillow led us to Erin Mulcahy, and we are so thankful for the experience that she gave us. Erin went above and beyond doing her due diligence throughout the entire process.
