Kara Is the absolute best, kindest and most compassionate business woman Ive ever met in my life! I needed a mattress With very short notice. Everywhere else had a 2 to 9 week waiting period but Kara came in on a Sunday and helped my family and I get the perfect mattress so she was so thoughtful and kind you made the experience incredible I will never go anywhere else for a mattress and I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment!

Kara is so friendly and helpful and really cares about her community! She made sure we got the best mattress for our budget and delivered it herself that same day!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a new mattress. Great experience!

Terrible I made an appointment online also got not one but 2 confirmation notifications and then day of no show waited extra half an hour and called multiple times that was last week and STILL no call back
