Absolutely unacceptable behavior to customer. My friend went there yesterday ready to spend hundreds for a wig and because what, she had her hood up she was greated by the saleswoman by taking her to the cheapest wigs there. Then said what is your price range I don't want to take you to something you can't afford. Maybe you need a different job lady. How about if someone coming in there and they have a hood over their head they are trying to find something to help them. Maybe you should be a little more tactful due to people having cancer and are bald or partially bald. Maybe you should have a little bit of manners and not judge or profile people by what they are wearing. People mostly need wigs because of hair loss due to health issues. She left crying and you still have the balls to hand her friend your card? I would have verbally let you have it. She came for help ready to spend a lot of money so she could feel good about herself again and you insulted her and made her leave in tears. I hope you are ashamed of yourself but you sound like the type of person who could care less.

Samples of makeup products were expired and a lot of the packaging was so old it was yellowing. The wigs are heavily overpriced for synthetic and the woman working was rude and gave incorrect information regarding the capabilities of synthetic wigs.

Last time I walked in, she yelled at me I'm watching you as if I was going to steal something...guess she thought I was a homeless person...Don't wear joggers and a t shirt to this store unless you want to get yelled at
