After giving my story and situation, I was told the tired old line of “we’re too busy.” No prior warning was provided of them being too busy, so being told this only after getting my personal information and story is very disrespectful of my time.

Since they won't post any notices saying they wont take new cases (to be respectful of their prospective client's time) so my review should suffice.

Two Montana attorneys, with a combined 80 years experience, said the claim of "we're too busy" or "our caseload is too large" or "no new cases" is more often than not a lie, to mask their true feelings of not wanting your case.
