We've stayed at 4 Missoula hotels since January. Best western, comfort, econo and this one. This by far exceeds the others. Clean, updated, quite, comfy bed, nice linens. Very pleased. Lobby is updated to more high end feel. We were free upgrade to king room. And didn't break the bank. Thanks quality inn!

First off-was suppose to have reserved and payed for a room that was connected to another. Didn't receive that room and ended up down the hall from grandparents (who would have liked to be able to have rooms together not walk down the hall.) No elevator (not an issue for us but seems like it would be handy for those needing assistance to second level).
Room we got in (217) had a broken light switch (my 6 year old thankfully didn't find first). Hair on the beds but the mattress and room had been cleaned pretty well with just a few long hairs on pillow cases. Breakfast was great!
