After several trips here, I've discovered that either It'll either be a great cut, or you'll get butchered. It's about a 50/50 craps shoot.
My most recent beard 'trim' saw about 2 inches taken off the end of my beard and there are chunks that are cut uneven. . It'll take months to grow it back now.

If you don't call in ahead of time, you're screwed. At least an hour wait. Their ability to take walk-ins and service them quickly is a problem for their method of operations.
