Sadly, it hurts my heart when the corner store I have been giving my business to since last October revealed that they don't care a bit about their loyal customers, and to top it off, they care even less about the fate of our planet! No wonder our planet is in the shape it's in when business owners shirk their responsibility to do their part. I never get fountain drinks at this gas station, but I wrongly assumed that they would be in line with everyone else. By that I mean when you bring in your own cup, instead of using another PLASTIC cup from the store, you usually get a small discount on the price of a refill. It only makes sense, by not using their cup, it costs them less for my purchase, which is just the liquid, and it adds a bit of an incentive for people to use the dozens of plastic cups they already have. Thats less plastic cups going into our landfills and poisoning out planet.
Their prices on everything are usually higher than everyone's else's...but that is not what this is even about. Obviously you know you're going to pay for the convenience. However, I find it in extremely bad taste not to offer a small discount to their customers to encourage people to recycle their plastic cups. The fact that this business does not do this, and instead charges the full amount whether you use their cups or not, does nothing to help address the problem of global warming and living more sustainable lifestyles.

Normally I am satisfied with this store even though their prices are pretty high. On this day, I walked there twice, on an extremely cold morning, when there website said they were open, and the hours posted on their front door said they should be open. No one was there and the store was not open. I tried calling before walking there a second time and I was not able to get through on the phone, as in it would not dial through. I thought it might have been my phone but every other number I called worked perfectly. My advice is either update your store hours on your website and posted on your door, or be open at the times you claim to be open. This leads to an unnecessary waste of time for your customers, especially on a customer walking in severe cold. And fix your phone number.

Great people
