        Tried to buy maps, was denied access. I couldn't even look at them and they were on display. I was expected to know what I wanted and what I was purchasing. The policy stated to me was buy it, sight unseen, to see it, no refunds if you pick the wrong map. The lady at the window was not helpful or accommodating in any way, piss poor customer service, not how you serve the public. I'm disappointed this is how Montana treats there visitors.
