Integrity Window Door

Would have rated lower if possible. Purchased a nearly $7,000 front door and storm door in April 2023. We were told to expect delivery by late June. By the end of August, we were still waiting. Neal (sales) and Josh (the owner) were of no help. We were put off with excuses and delays. We asked the owner for a refund of our $3,200 deposit and were denied. Again, more excuses and lies. To recover our $3,200 deposit we had to resort to having our credit card company intervene. It should be a crime for companies like this one to use the word integrity in their name. They have none.

Not a lot to say. Little to no follow-up during or after the sale. Now I have windows that the screens don't fit. The mesh is sloppy and Josh the owner passes the buck onto the manufacturer instead of providing service. I was told to call the factory since they are to busy to fix what they sell. Glad Montana has a one year warranty law. I gave them a week to fix this junk, so now we go legal. See you in court fellas! Follow up: 13months later I received my window screens. Not from integrity windows service but threatening to file suite on CDA window and integrity. I recommend you buy window elsewhere!

So pleased with the work and product of Integrity for the replacement of 10 windows, a patio sliding door and 3 doors. While I wish communication was a little better during the wait for all the products and timing of install, any time I wanted to check in it was easy and I received honest answers of their schedule. The crew installing were extremely courteous, constantly providing updates and communication. Extra shoutout to Phil who always made sure things were just as we wanted them. We can't wait to have them work on the remainder of the house.
