Prompt and professional service! After a quick and clean install a couple years back, I was happy with Murphy Radons work product. A recent reading came back with high levels, so I called them to figure it out. Immediate response with a replacement fan and a new test with drastically improved results. Cant find a complaint about their service. A great company that is responsive - an uncommon find these days!

Excellent customer service and follow through from Murphy Radon. Our initial experience was great - everything was fine in one day, even though the job proved more difficult than expected - but the work was done in a timely fashion and our house was spotless when they left. A couple of months after our mitigation system was installed, we had an unrelated leak from the refrigerator water line that dripped down into the crawl space below. We called to check what, if anything, this might mean for the radon system. Not only were they extremely helpful over the phone, they set up a time the following week to inspect the system and make sure the vapor barrier and tape were intact and that we wouldnt have any issues moving forward. Tremendous customer service, above and beyond expectations. I would refer anyone who needs radon mitigation to give them a call.
