~ 5 stars all the way, definitely recommend ~ We have had the pleasure of using ABS's services for quite some time now. Technology can be such a great tool - but also a pain! Every time we have had any issue with our printer, no matter how minor, ABS has gotten a tech over to service it in a remarkable amount of time. For a large company like ours, it means so much to know that we can depend on ABS and won't have to wait days or weeks for resolution. The service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable; they all are very informative as far as what became of their diagnostics and what steps they were taking to resolve. Taunya and Judy both exhibit some of the best customer service I have experienced! They treat their customers with care and genuinely show their desire to provide support! Great staff, great company!
