saw a dress i really liked and when i went to try it on a worker walked in on me in the dressing room. as i repeatedly yelled the stall was busy. the man opened the door with a family behind him, and didnt even care to apologize. terrible service. i loved that dress but was so distraught i left the store immediately. what a terrible experience. cant forget that when we called the store to say something they wouldnt do anything. and they dismissed it as if it were nothing.

The manager working on 6/8/21 at 3:15 pm was EXTREMELY rude and snotty to my family and I. We asked her to correct a mistake with an item that did not ring up at the correct price and we were met with an attitude. We thanked her very kindly and she said youre welcome sarcastically then turned around and rolled her eyes then stormed to the back. Every time Ive come into the store Ive been treated very disrespectfully by the workers and management. I even used work at this location and the managers have always been disrespectful and degrading to the workers. Take your business a couple stores down to the American eagle. They are far more kind and welcoming and they have higher quality clothing.
