I was in Missoula to care for my dying mother.  With this stress I was unable to make arrangements to have my taxes prepared timely.  Upon the recommendation of two family members, they put me in touch with Meaghan Jolly.  I explained my situation and she agreed to do my taxes with the caveat that they would be submitted after April 18, 2022, which was completely understandable.  I emailed Meaghan on April 15, 2022 to inquire if we needed to provide a payment for our extension.  On April 16, 2022 she advised that based upon the information we provided, we would not owe taxes.  On May 30, 2022 I emailed (from out of the country) Meghan to follow up on our tax documentation.  After no response, I emailed their office on June 3, 2022 and did not receive a response.  I emailed the general office on June 8, 2022 and received a reply from Meaghan that she had thought she replied to my email but was mistaken.  She said she would complete and provide our tax documentation June 9, 2022.  As of June 20, 2022 we have not received the documentation she promised nor response to my very last email.Our tax documentation was incredibly straightforward and I know that sometimes things are overlooked.  During this time my mother passed away and I have abandoned following up with this firm any further.  The last thing that you want to worry about when you have a crisis like is to have to chase commitments made by people that you should be able to trust.
