Coordinating our appointment was seamless. Making payment was seamless. And they did a very thorough job cleaning the carpets in our apartment. Even provided photos and a super satisfying video when they discharged the dirty water! They did an outstanding job and made sure their client was kept in the loop throughout. Our original carpet cleaner had an unfortunate accident, and we lost our cleaner last second before the move. After a few calls around, it was Grizzly Clean Team that came through in between jobs and squeezed us in last second! The guy was nice, he was chill, and was timely. They did a an excellent job cleaning and were fast. Their team is incredibly nice and didnt try to scam me by charging me more for stupid services that should be included. Will definitely be working with them again the next time I move out of a rental. 100% recommend every time.
