        Solid banking services, customer service staff could be much friendlier. Not sure I want to continue doing business with them if they cant offer even the most basic levels of customer service that I deserve as a customer. Nothing I detest more than customer service people who cant be bothered to show basic courtesy, especially for people who handle my money
