I recently had an old woodstove insert removed from the fireplace in my home and replaced with a new gas insert by this company in Miles City. Summary - Will you get what you expect if you deal with them? Only if what you want is exactly what they plan to sell you. If so, the workmanship is good. If not, you wont know until its too late because they will lie to you to close the sale. Buyers beware. Note: I provided a draft of this review to the company and they have not made any effort to contact me to discuss or dispute my account of our transaction. You may be assured they will care just as much about lying to you as they did to me. They did cash the check with remarkable alacrity however. I expected to be happy, to look at the new feature gracing my living space with contentment and joy for years to come. All I see is ten grand flushed away on something I KNEW I didnt want, I SAID I didnt want, I was repeatedly PROMISED I wouldnt get... and there it is. Then I have to wonder what else did he lie about that I havent found yet? Theres a saying: They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel. Thanks to a detail that was deliberately misrepresented I feel sad, angry, disappointed, humiliated, and the constant sensation of having been cheated by liars. It's been an awful experience.

So grateful for Jerrys Refrigeration. Our furnace went out at the beginning of the heatwave this summer. We waited for 3 weeks for another company who never got to the job. Jerrys had a quote for my insurance that day and the furnace in within the week so our AC could get going! Their work was fast and our house has never been so cool since they used great products!!! Jerrys has always treated us right! We had them install a central air unit/furnace and they have always helped us when we had questions or issues with either of them. They have walked us through troubleshooting and gave us things to check out! They are always busy so I always ask what can we do to fix it and they offer to walk us through it! Jerrys installed our a/c in 2017, so when we had trouble with it, we called them. I called Jerrys after our a/c started making noises. They said someone would be out in a few days. 2 weeks later and no service yet, I called back. I was told theyre too busy and should call someone else.
