        I wish I could leave minus 100 stars! How does this company stay in business! This is THE WORST Customer service I have ever seen. They made me be at a place where we were connecting up a telephone from 8 am - 5 p.m. This was so inconvenient, but we needed the phone. NO SHOW! NO CALL!!! I wasted my whole day! I got put on hold for over an hour on the phone and then they hung up on me. One lady I actually spoke with said it was her 7th call today saying the same thing. Then SHE hung up! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

        Once you sign up you will never talk to a person ever again. My internet hasn't worked for weeks and we still can't get help or cancel

        No internet service for three business days. No access to Century Link except computer "customer service" so can only hear message "will be resolved as quickly as possible", so no real info and no access to direct connection to humans. Gotta change provider. This isn't the first time this has happened.
