ENGINE ROOM DEEP DISH PIZZA

Amazing find. Staying at chico hot springs and wanted pizza and salad. Ordered ahead so pie was ready when we showed up. They recommended this and so worth doing. One of the best pizza we've had. Arugula salad amazing. Olives and breadsticks to nibble on were incredible. Definitely coming back.

The BEST pizza Ive ever had !!! Hands down. I was so blessed that the bookstore was open too - new books and the best pizza ever ?! Wow. This place is amazing. Service was ok - not bad but also not great. But the pizza tho - OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Ill be back for sure ! Thank YOU ! I had a small June and a small Netty. Both were incredible. Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free option

Really tasty deep dish pizza. Loved the crust! But, some things you should know: 1) its BYOB. 2) pizza can take up to 45 minutes, and though they have salad on the menu there are no other appetizers or kid friendly small plates, so if you have kids or are hangry yourself, thats something to be aware of. They have pastries and muffins in the case by the counter, but nothing youd really want to eat as an appetizer. In the end, I got my son a lemon blueberry muffin and he ate it for dinner, while my husband and I ate pizza (he was happy, so no big deal). 3) its counter service and you eat in a nice room across the hallway. But still pretty small and no windows. Theres a small step up, so I dont think it would be wheelchair accessible.
