After a lackluster experience with our local bank, Cyndi was a breath of fresh air. Our taxes are complex, but she was willing to do the extra work to get us the home loan we were looking for, and was really clear about what she needed from us in order to make it happen. We got clear explanations of what we could do, what we couldn't do, what we shouldn't do, and why. Once we started the process, we got really prompt and clear communication from both Cyndi and Kari. They took all my questions seriously and walked us through the whole process in a really patient and supportive way. Highly recommend.
