They signed our dad up for medicaid and did not tell him that they can come after your house when you try and move or when he passes. He was going to leave the house to us and now we are at risk of losing everything.

My wife called today on my behalf to set up an appointment. I deal with severe trauma from a past dental procedure that causes me to have very bad stress reactions, even up to full on panic attacks. I have actually had procedures done in the army where they made wear a blood pressure and pulse monitor. For a filling. When my wife called, the lady told her that she would not be allowed back there with me, because the dentist wants to "build rapport with me." Then she basically insinuated that I am faking my reactions. We were told that even with a note from a psychologist that we would basically not be listened to. I will never come back to this office. My trauma began with someone not listening and, it seems, it would continue here by NOT being listened to again. If you have trauma because a provider did not listen at a point, do not come here. You will be ignored, and worse, basically accused of faking.
