Ace Home and Garden Center

Got all I needed, plus a couple wants. Kinda expensive, as I found one item I bought there for $18 at another place for $6. Overall though a one stop shop for home and garden needs/wants. Great customer service and rewards program.

The customer service here is awful, worst I've had in years. I bought a blaze king wood stove here and when I got it home they forgot to include a part with it. So I called and asked them if they could send it, rather than I drive the 1 hour there to pick it up the manager Jeremy said "Nope we don't do that" and laughed. So long story short after spending $4500.00 there, they wouldn't send me a $ 20 part in the mail even though I had my receipt in hand and it was there error. The people they have working there is a joke, literally everyone is rude and when you ask for help with something it's like pulling teeth. When I finally picked the missing part up they were rude in person. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, I'd suggest anywhere in Libby but this place. I won't spend a dime there ever again. I haven't been this disgusted with a place in a long time, it's sad really. I spend a lot of time in Libby and enjoy going there to purchase things and to be treated like this is a disgrace.

Great service and many many things to buy. Great store and if you're into hardware and stuff go check it out.
