        Called today (pickup day) wondering why no pickup. I was told that even though I am paraplegic, I would still have to wrestle the 96 gallon bin to the curb so the ambulatory employees wouldn't have to "walk" so far. OR pay EXTRA for drive up service. Hmmm. This seems backwards.
