We could not have asked for a better experience than the one we received working with Alden Blaize and the team at Performance Real Estate! As first time homebuyers the process seemed daunting. Alden was incredibly patient with answering all of our questions, explaining steps throughout the process and really working to help us find the perfect home. Andrew was amazing. Always professional and available. He was very patient as my husband and I have never been through this process before and my husband is a very very thorough person..... accepted all texts and calls - happy to answer any of the questions or concerns we had. And thanks to him we are on our way to our forever home!
