Above and Beyond Home & Property Management, LLC

We just moved out two weeks ago, but I needed to make sure I wrote this review. These people were amazing to work with. I have never said that about a property management company. If you're lucky you get to work with the property management company that's not trying to screw you over, if you're lucky. But these guys were absolutely wonderful. They were honest, sweet, and caring. They made sure we understood everything that was going on in our contract. When we brought up issues or concerns they made sure that they took care of it promptly. And they even texted to check in on me after my ACL replacement surgery. Who does that!?! So nice! If we ever have to rent again, we will definitely be calling them! 100%

I am very impressed with my experience renting from Above & Beyond ... Always honest always reliable, communicative, friendly... I received my full security deposit back in a timely fashion. The manager met me after 5 p.m. at the office, and gave the check to me, so I did not even have to wait for the mail.... They truly go above and beyond One of many examples of this was when there was a power outage, due to a storm, circumstances beyond their control, and within a few hours they had run a 60 ft extension cord run into the property attached to a generator in an effort to save the contents of my fridge and freezer ...very cool and much appreciated. Thank you.
