Renters, beware.. Before spending your $40. I was denied in my application 1st for having a bad mark on my credit. knowing that I was just pre-approved for a $140000 Morgage loan. After informing them of that, they were willing to reconsider me. Then I was informed that I had problems with a eviction five years ago and deny for the second time. During this time 2019 I was hospitalized with a severe accident,forced to claim bankruptcy, evicted from proir landlord and currently disabled.Good luck no mercy from next level management company.

Great company and staff, I have been a tenant at a house managed by Next Level Property Management. They make it easy to pay rent through an app, more technology focused. We had a few issues that were quickly resolved, overall a very professional company.
