Logan Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine - Heritage

Requested seeing Dr. Joyce. The problem is that the front staff is rude and ignorant, but implies that they are well versed on medical information when they are not. I was told to see P.A. Julie Conti first. I did. She was equally quite rude. So I am being redirected elsewhere after she saw proof of my injury in imaging. Still haven't seen a doctor. There is a real training issue at this office that is not being dealt with. To be clear this is not a reflection Dr. Joyce but the office staff and one arrogant P.A. that has an additude issue, which is the first people you have to deal with that are a poor representation of Logan Healthcare that has been outstanding overall. A corrective action is needed immediately with these support staffing. It is very sad and disheartening.

Well I had surgery on August 8th and my surgeon was Dr. Bailey. He did a horrible job and he drilled 2, 4 inch screws into my joints. I have to have surgery again. I have had this feeling that something is going wild moving going 100 mph. I have swelling that's the same as when I got my cast off. The pain is horrific. I'm in tears daily. My insurance is not happy. I'm hoping they will not let him do this to someone else.

I love this place. Helped my wife a lot when other drs didnt bother to look at her ankle from when she got hurt when she was 11. Friendly staff and a wonderful doctor

Fantastic staff and wonderful doctors. They get you in and out. My son had a fractured wrist from falling on ice and they have been nothing short of fantastic. We had to reschedule because he was sick one day, they got him in soon after. Great people! Highly recommend
