I worked at the Kalispell Ford and I had stayed here for 2 weeks, I have never been treated so well and so nicely by both staff and other residents, they have pool, hot tub, and a sauna for all residents. It's comparatively affordable to other hotels and for the same excellent service. I love swimming, and the pool is truly perfect. I also needed to be presentable and they have some excellent hot water for both a shower and a bath. Honestly if I would stay here if I didn't already have housing. Rooms: They have recently gone through a renovation, all new furniture, TV's, and decor.

This is the worst place to stay. If you have a family, I would 100% recommend you find somewhere else. The staff here are incredibly shady & very rude. To the point where you feel like you & your kids can't leave the room without the staff yelling at you. In the 3 days that I stayed here, the staff have yelled at me for having guests over stating that it's a "fire hazard" to have guests over in the 1 bed room that I rented. Even though I explained that they weren't staying the night, only visiting me during the day, the staff told me that if I wanted visitors over, that I should have booked a bigger room. My kids have come to me, upset because the staff have yelled at them & been very rude & they have even yelled at my elderly mom. Mind you, when I first checked in, I made sure to ask the front desk if it was OK to have guests over & they had said that was perfectly fine. This has by far been the worst experience & this place should either be shut down or get better staff. Rooms: Disgusting & filthy.

UPDATE: I just checked out and I cant say enough about how wonderful all the staff are! They DO NOT deserve the low reviews. They are amazing! Good: Clean, comfortable, quiet, great hot tub Bad: No breakfast in off-peak season, no in-room coffee maker CALL HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR BEST PRICE! I came here for a nice relaxing getaway and Im getting that! Front desk staff was nice both at check-in and later when I needed something. The hotel is definitely dated but I was impressed that they replaced usually gross old hotel carpet with laminate. Much easier to keep clean. The room is incredibly comfortable and I couldnt believe how quiet it was. The fridge and microwave look brand new. And everything looked super clean. My only complaint is no coffee maker in the room. Definitely a bummer. THE HOT TUB IS AWESOME!! Being that I came for a getaway, having a good soak is great. Breakfast is not offered in off-peak season, but theres coffee.

Upon arriving, the snow in the driveway was not plowed, shoveled, or even attempted at being flattened, resulting in my car getting high-centered. I walked through the calf-deep snow down to the building to seek assistance from the front desk and get checked in, to find nobody at the front desk. I attempted to call the hotel and the just rang until voicemail picked up. About 7 minutes after arriving, Heather came in and asked how she could help me. I started the check-in process and informed her that I was stuck in their driveway. 3 employees came out to assist me in getting my car out of the snow so I could park, and went to my room. While the bed is comfortable, the space within the room is confined and cramped. The next day, I attempted to go take care of a few errands that originally brought me to Kalispell, only to find that the driveway and parking lot had still not been plowed. By 2 pm, I became exasperated with the situation, had asked an employee for a snow shovel to go move snow at least at the entrance of the driveway, was told no, and then was offered a push to get out of the parking lot, and a hopefully by the time you come back it will have been plowed. If not, walk down to the lobby and we will help get you back into the parking lot.
