        I tried to get in with an order in hand, was refused and told I need the same order sent via fax from a provider because it might not meet their requirements and they dont have time to put out any customer service efforts. Then call back to schedule for a few days out. Then I was literally reprimanded for saying that was unnecessarily complicated. I went to the lab at the Whitefish, was in and out in 8 minutes, and apologized to for the delay. Kalispell could not be anymore abhorrent. Its embarrassing

        Due to health scare ,This year I have had many different appointments and opportunities to see the clinics and departments of Logan health. Being in the medical field 10+ years, I have had the worst healthcare experience with the at staff at Logan health. I saw multiple specialists and walk in clinic staff multiple times. The only staff that showed me any concern or genuineness was the laboratory services through Logan health. They were quick to get me in the clinic as well as make please feel welcome there and like I'm actually important
