The contrast of customer service between Tom Mattheisen at Lone Pine Technology and Centurylink is enough to a person whiplashand I mean that in a good way. Not only is Tom knowledgable about Starling installation, he's honest, he's on time, and he's in communication with you every step of the way. Tom even offers (unsolicited) an idea or two on how to save some money. That's a very rare commodity these days and we can't thank him enough for helping us out.

I called Tom at Lone Pine Technology when I needed my Starlink dish installed at my home. He came out and recommended that he get a custom mount made for me because there wasn't a good location on my house to use the standard Starlink mount. He arranged to have a much stronger and longer mount made that extended out under the eaves. He and his crew did a professional job installing it at a reasonable price. After installed on the mount, my download speeds increased! I highly recommend you call Tom for your Starlink equipment!
