UNABLE TO CANCEL- been dropped off of hold 2 times and am attempting my third. They make you call to cancel your policy, but don't pick up the phone. Is this Legal?????

If I could I want to give zero star. Bad experience with this agency insurance company. Quote charge me $ 286 but for my first month they said they just charge me for $ 276 and then try to raise my next month to $ 326.23. Then I canceled my car insurance before Nov 27. NOTE: I supposed to pay on Nov 27 for my second month but they charge me early on Nov 25. After that I ask for my refund then they told me that they will refund everything for me back. After 10days I received a check for only $ 190. Then I called to my agency to waste my time, It should be $ 136.23 left but I dont want to deal with unprofessional people its wasting my time. So For $ 136 left I considered as a bad experience with this company. *If you have time and money to waste, go for it, but if not somewhere else.
