I asked for and received a homeowners insurance quote from an agent here, and after deciding to go with another insurance company, I was notified of a collections notice from Safeco. The agent I got a quote from at Baileys signed me up for homeowners insurance through them without my knowledge or permission. This was very predatory and had the potential to disrupt my credit. I had to speak with Safeco directly to have the issue handled, as the insurance agent at Bailey's was of no help.

We heard about Bailey insurance from a friend and then Googled them and saw great things. We were fortunate to have made contact with Kevin Balliger. He explained Medicare A/B and D and G plans very thoroughly in a way that finally made sense!! He made it so easy as Medicare can and is pretty complicated. I needed help figuring out my health insurance and I was lucky enough to find Kevin Balliger. He had so much knowledge and got me all the information I needed. Kevins demeanor is very calm and reassuring. My husband and I liked him so much we are in the process of moving all our insurance needs over to Bailey Insurance. Can not recommend Kevin enough!

I really appreciate Kevins knowledge, expertise and honesty. He patiently explains the difference between a Medicare supplement and an advantage plan, so that the client can make the best choice for their situation. Acknowledging year 65 and signing up for Medicare was tough for me, but Kevin made it much easier with humor and kindness. What a wonderful service Bailey Insurance Services provides! Cindy P
