SO HAPPY WE LANDED HERE !!! Outstanding customer service.. Bryce met me at the door extremely organized with our reservations..down to the credit card machine ()...giggle.. It's an extended stay Hotel so it offers basics..large studio style rooms with all amenities except dishes etc. Due to health/safety..large refrig., microwave, stove top, sink, coffee pot, and you can buy extras at the front desk..which also has a business center and wi-fi available...there is also a beautiful coin laundry that's very clean..The Hotel its self is very clean...I also will be inquiring about the pillows..#love...I also suffer from neck injury and headaches These pillows are amazing.... Thank You ...the whole staff that works very hard I'm here to tell you I appreciate you... I hope your boss passes this on!!

This is one of the cleanest 2-3 star hotels I've been in! It has everything necessary for you to have a comfortable stay. 1. Loved the beds! They are extremely, soft, warm, cozy comfortable. 2. Many towels provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, soap are also available. 3. Hot water and coffee are easily accessible by the front desk. 4. Beautiful views of the mountains! The only thing that perhaps differentiates this from a 3-star hotel is the breakfast. Simple one that can be provided to your room for purchase. We didn't opt for that option, and instead went for breakfast outside. Many spots easily accessible in the downtown Kalispell area, which is only 5 min away. Or make a quick drive to BigFork or Whitefish for more breakfast options! I do wish room service was provided upon request or at least every 2 days, instead of 4. But overall, excellent value for the price!
