Online ordering was easy. Even with Mothers Day weekend, they got the delivery made on time, and got all my questions answered. My mom loved the azalea tree and stuffed bear. I live in a different state, so this customer service was much appreciated. Pic of mom for attention

I ordered a floral arrangement over the phone this weekend for my mothers Birthday and I went out of town with no cell service right after placing the order. Unbeknownst to me, my credit card wasn't working but Rose Mountain Floral built the arrangement and delivered the flowers on time without payment anyhow. They very kindly called and left me a voicemail but with me being out of service, I wasn't able to return their call for payment information until they reopened today. It's very doubtful any other business would have done this, THANK YOU for your wonderful customer service, you have all my future business for sure!
