Carpet took forever to arrive, which I understand was outside of their control and is not the reason for the poor review. Scheduling person who was helping me either got fired or quit and no one took over for her. Her voicemail was still active with no indication that she wasn't working there. The carpet installation took multiple days and was not complete. There are closets and a hard surface transition that are not done. I have called repeatedly and got in touch with a customer service specialist who said they would make it right. It has now been 3 weeks of unreturned calls and messages and the job still is not done. I would stay away and use a local company next time

I just ordered online from my recliner Feb.14-17. l forgot to call ahead for pick-up, (my bad). I went to the service counter and waited my turn. Which came very quickly. They check my I.D. and before I can bring up the number for my order they had it! Okay maybe a good day it happens! I'm getting my order at the exit WOW nearly everything is THERE . Some of the windows were a few days out. But low and behold I got the same treatment for the 2nd ORDER TOO!!! Best part NO DAMAGES EITHER NICE JOB GANG!!! I will be shopping there for home improvement items now and on future projects.

SLOW. I ordered a single vanity online. When I went to pick it up.... their computer said they couldn't find it. I saw it at the other door!! Then it took 30 minutes to find 2 available people to load it into my car. I gave 4 stars because they get my orders right each time and the email notifications are current. If you need to return items, they go really smoothly if you have either email or paper receipts!
